Lokalizacja świetna, wszędzie blisko.
Personel sympatyczny, pomocny.
Śniadania bardzo dobre, urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Perfect location, probably the best located hotel in Liberec. Right on the market square overlooking the heart of the beautiful city. What I loved about this stay was the extremely comfortable bed, spacious room, modern and clean bathroom as well as the pleasant vintage art deco/art noveau decor. The staff was really kind and helpful too.
Very few power outlets in the room, but not a big deal given the 19th century construction.

No electric plug in only 1 in the room under the table, the floor was loud, in every hour went somebody in front of the door what can be heard overall..

Bathroom shower, as happens a lot, doesn't hang properly.

Unbeatable location. Lovely lobby and pleasant breakfast room. Manager and one Front Desk associate exceptional. Housekeeping staff lovely.
Room reminded me of same ones I stayed in 40 years ago. OLD AND WORN. AWFUL. I did have a peak into one of the renovated rooms which looked spectacular but very overpriced. Most staff at Front Desk speak little to no English.

Location is perfect. Very kind staff, they were helpfull and smiling.
The newer elevator was not running. Fortunetly, older one was working. I hope they are going to repair it as soon as possible.

Great location and value for money. Friendly staff. Very nice cafe downstairs. Comfortable beds.
I’d appreciate a bottle of water in the room. And the lighting in the deluxe room bath could be better.

Hotel is situated in the centre of town, has its own parking. Room was clean and quite big, had all needed equipment. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical continental style, tasty.

Very good location near the city hall. Old building with spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Good Wi-Fi. Reception open 24/24.
The mattress was not thick enough to let you forget that the bed-spring was just a wooden brett. Limited facilities.

Central location, helpful staff and large room overlooking the town square. Parking was so convenient and in a locked carpark.
Wifi was hopeless. Worked well in breakfast room and lobby but it was intermittent in the room.
