Everything was great. The staff was amazing and gave me a very nice upgrade to an available suite. Very, very happy and would absolutely stay here again. Location is good.
No complaints. Everything was great. Thank you to the staff.

I did not eat breakfast at hotel. We are not big breakfast eaters.
The room was good.
I would have preferred a view to the roundabout
Meals are too expensive
Would have preferred a double bed

The staff was amazing. We arrived very early and they immediately accommodated us and stored our luggage. Our rooms wouldn’t be ready until later and once we shared that we wanted to visit the Gorreana Tea Factory, they introduced us to the tour company on site and they arranged a private tour.
It’s a bit outside of the city center.
