The location of the hotel was great. A 5minute walk and you were at the entrance to the medieval city
The staff were all very friendly. The room was adequate for our needs, we needed somewhere to use as a base to spend time exploring the magnificent city. The location was ideal.

24 hour helpful front desk. Great location, 5 minute walk to entrance of Carcassone Cite. Private parking. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Exceptional breakfast, very helpful breakfast staff. Clean.
There is very little to criticize; the first night the air condition did not work.

Excellent location for visiting the old city. We had a superb view of the towers from our bedroom window.
Room was compact but was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed and air conditioning worked well.
All staff were lovely and helpful. Special thanks to Bruno for booking our taxi.
Would highly recommend and definitely return. We had an amazing 3 days.

Gentilezza e premura dello staff. Colazione buona e abbondante.
