Hotel Wakenitzblick

Die Altstadt war in 10 Minuten zu erreichen Die Lage am Wasser war sehr schön .Vom Balkon aus war der Ausblick auch sehr schön.Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet aber das passte da wir ja eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren .Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und die Mitarbeiter waren echt super nett !!! und haben Vorschläge und Ideen für Ausflüge gemacht.Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen .

Das Hotel bewahrt den Charme der 70er Jahre. Der Empfang war herzlich und es wurde uns sogleich per Stadtplan angezeichnet wo es sich lohnt z. B. Kaffee und Kuchen zu genießen bzw. essen zu gehen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und liebevoll hergerichtet. Der Ausblick vom großen Balkon im 3. Stock auf den See war sehr romantisch.

Parkplätze werden nicht angeboten und es gibt leider keinen Aufzug.

Super zentrale Lage am Wasser und kurze Wege in die Stadt

The location is great! They have a free parking lot right near the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, also they upgraded us to a better room with no extra charges. It was very quiet which is important for me. Breakfast is good, coffee is great! There weren't any vegetables though.

I would give this place a solid 9/10, but I won't, and here is why. I came to the hotel with a friend. I was the one who booked the room therefore I started to talk about checking us in with the receptionist. I was speaking English and he answered in English too with no struggle. But a few minutes later he figured out that my friend speaks German and switched to her. He just forgot about my existence and continued to explain everything in German. I told him that I don't speak German but he ignored me and continued to talk only to my friend so she had to translate all the information to me. I felt completely invisible. This was so rude and unfriendly! Therefore I can't recommend this hotel to English speaking people(
