Excellent breakfast, very tasty marmalade, awesome and best coffee.
Excellent mattress quality, soundproof windows against noisy main traffic street.
Interior design attractive and relaxing: tasteful decoration, and for the reading common room.

Very friendly staff, warm welcome, comfortable room and quiet.
I tried to connect the wifi on two devices but it said I had already connected it on two when I had only done one. That was a bit unfortunate but it did not affect the rest of the stay.

Large room, air con great.
Barbara and David were so helpful and were just brilliant .
Id only say tea and coffee in the room would be good but I took my own.

The lady of the hotel was very kind and helpful. I had a large room with a small kitchenette, which was nice.

The hotel is located close to the center. It is very convenient that you can park your car for free on the neighbouring streets. The staff is friendly and very helpfull. It is very clean and comfortable.

The proximity to my son's flat. The bedroom was spacious with a renovated bathroom and kitchenette.
Had trouble with communicating with one of the service staff regarding cleaning and tidying room. Had a little trouble with the wifi connection but was quickly resolved. Barbara and David are very friendly and personable.
