Tout le personnel est vraiment très gentil et avenant
Bien situé et propre
Trop chaud dans la chambre, pas l’accès à l’air climatisé donc on a ouvert les fenêtres et je me suis fait piquer ( au moins une douzaine de piqures)
Le déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus élaboré ( œuf brouillé, crêpes)

Welcoming,very friendly desk staff. They kept our luggage while we went to cinque terre.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our stay enjoyable. The room was very nice... small, yet the tall ceilings and design made it feel spacious. Air conditioner worked great, which was a big plus considering the heat of the day.
There are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the hotel; however, we didn't really mind. Could be an issues for some, especially if carryng a lot of heavy bags.

Great Location close to Academia and Duomo and air conditioning in room. Breakfast was nice and ample. The stairs to our 3rd floor room were doable.

Nice and comfortable hotel, very near train station (you can go walking). Also close to the historical center. The staff is very nice and Alessandro is always ready to give informations.

Comfortable bed, very nice room and very nice hotel generally. The bathroom was very clean, modern and big with useful facilities. Variety in breakfast.
At nighttime was noisy because the hotel is located in a busy spot with a bar right next to it.
In the bathroom there was an automatic light with movement sensor. While I was having a shower the sensor couldn’t detect me and the light kept turning off. I had to open the shower door every 5 minutes so that the light would turn back on.
There wasn’t an elevator so we had to carry our heavy luggage,luckily the stuff helped when I was leaving.

Classy, clean, bed was comfortable, staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, close to train central and central to main attractions.
No elevator, had to move luggage down two flights of stairs when leaving early morning. However, help was there for carting up the stairs upon arrival.👍

Location was great, close to everything. Room was clean. Staff are all nice and helpful. we don’t eat much in the morning, so the breakfast options were great.
the washroom had a bit of a drain/sewer smell, but since this is an old building, i guess it can’t be helped.

Location was great, all the destinations were close and reachable by foot. Staff was gentle and professional. Special thanks to Alessandro for detailed responses to all questions that we had :)
BTW breakfast was good as well.
The only thing that should be improved or repaired is the noise of A/C. Especially when power is above low. The noise sometimes disturbs. Nothing more negative was found during 5 days of stay.

Everything was perfect. The hotel was converted from an old building and upgraded with modern amenities. Very comfortable, perfect location! It was our favorite hotel out of the 4 we stayed in through our holiday.

Lovely clean room. Both room and ensuite much bigger than expected with a really comfortable bed.
