Hotel Shuum Boutique - Destigo Hotels

Sehr stylisches Hotel in Top-Lage direkt an der Ostsee und der Promenade. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, hervorzuheben ist das Waffeleisen, es gab auch Sekt. Allerdings keine frischen Säfte. Der Wellnessbereich ist groß, 3 Saunen, eine schöne Terrasse und ein verhälnismäßig großer Pool. Alles sehr gepflegt. Der Yoga-Kurs war auch gut.

Die Mitarbeiter haben wir als nicht besonders freundlich oder zugewandt empfunden. So dass man sich leider nicht so wirklich willkommen gefühlt hat. Die Anfrage meiner Tochter nach zwei weiteren Kissen wurde abgelehnt. Pro Person nur ein zusätzliches Kissen! Gebracht wurden uns dann gar keine weiteren Kissen, obwohl ein Kissen-Menü angeboten wurde.. Schade. Das Familienzimmer ist für drei Personen eigentlich zu klein. Bei aufgeklapptem Schlafsofa kaum Platz, sich noch zu bewegen. Das Schlafsofa ist nicht bequem, man hat größtenteils eine Stange im Rücken und kann nur auf einem schmalen Streifen liegen. Aber der Balkon war schön und sonnig. Die Parkgbühr ist unverschämt teuer!

Great hotel, just few steps from the beach. Comfortable rooms, facilities are good. The SPA area is worth mentioning - a large swimming pool, a spacious jakuzzi, excellent saunas. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge variety of choices and something new every day. We enjoyed the quiet area, while the loud tourist areas were still in walking distance. The parking was organized well - with dedicated parking lot for every guest, so you park on the same spot every time. Also they did some activities for the kids every day, which is very useful when you travel with 2 kids.

We were surprized by stains on the bed sheets (on one of the beds). Looks like it needed to be replaced. Also quite high price for parking - 30 EUR/day looks a bit too much.
