Il personale è impeccabile, cortese, attento e disponibile alle esigenze dei clienti, ti senti in famiglia, tutti molto disponibili e preparati.

Really enjoyed our stay here, staff were all so lovely and helpful. The beach and pool area were very clean and great facilities. I used the spa a few times was a lovely treat.We would stay here again.

We booked 5 nights on bed and breakfast basis, but, after trying the hotel dinner on the first night, we were pleasantly surprised and ate at the hotel every evening thereafter. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style, but the food was very fresh, the menu was varied and delicious with a different a la carte option each evening and the restaurant staff were exemplary. The hotel's private beach was very close and clean and the hotel allocated us free of charge sunbeds and parasol for the duration of our stay. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and my partner was full of praise for the massage and facials she enjoyed at the spa facilities.
Not many shops or restaurants near the hotel. You need a rental car to reach nearby towns.
The hotel welcomes guests with pets and there were several guests with dogs around the hotel and grounds. While we appreciate how helpful this can be for pet owners, it was a slight negative for us.

Amazing staff, very friendly & helpful. Situated in a perfect spot, quiet and peaceful at night.
Somwhat dated in places, needs a little bit of maintenance. Original room had 0 sea view and was very poor value for money. The staff upgraded us to a suite for free which was much better.

The restaurant is great, very good food ! Different dinner every night.

The breakfast buffet was lovely, we enjoyed the view from the terrace over the beach and out towards the sea. We were there very late in the year so appreciated the heated pool. We used the hotel's bikes to discover our surroundings. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The customer focus and service far exceeded our expectations... The staff was very customer orientated and went above and beyond to deliver a great experience. It started at the reception where you were always greated with enthousiasm and helpfulness. Going from helping with luggage, cleaning your car windows before you would leave again (they even proposed to clean the car entirely),... It definitely continued in the restaurant where Angelo and his crew always greated everyone with a geniun 'buongiorno' and how can we help you. Every little question was positively answered and we did feel like important and welcome guests. Also the corona measures were very well implemented (ex. an assigned place at the swimming pool/garden or beach with 2 loungers, parasol and free towels and beach bag, an assigned table at the restaurant, ...). We also appreciated the free rental bikes which we used on several occasions and brought us into Lido di Jesolo city centre in 20min. The hotel is located in Pineda, a green long at the end of Lido di Jesolo. When you are looking for a relaxing and calm 'sejour' where tradition and service are held high, we highly recommend the Ermitage hotel.
Although we very much appreciated the calm and peaceful location, we would recommend the hotel to create a dedicated 'salon' inside where you could have a drink or coffee after diner (during the evening). This dedicated area would definitely be the 'cherry on the pie' as the hotel is located at a distance from Lido city centre (by bike 20min - by car 10 - on foot +/- 1hour). This is definitely the only recommendation that we can do as everything else was provided for.

Dinner was great. Also, Corona measures were respected and they found a great solution to replace the buffet. Loungers could be reserved at the private beach and the staff was very friendly.
A few more vegetarian options would have been nice, as almost all meals from show cooking involved meat or fish. Also, we did not have a safe in our room.
