Très prétentieux et en fait assez quelconque, malgré le marbre un peu partout. Ce fut peut-être un bon hôtel, ce n’est qu’un hôtel prétentieux et trop cher

Excellent location - the staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice and wish I'd had breakfast there from the first day rather than the last day!

El desayuno, había leído muy buenas críticas, pero la verdad es que era bastante escaso. Poca variedad y algo de bollería que se notaba que era de hacía algunos días (un poquito duro).
Poca presión en el agua de la ducha.

It was a great room with lots of natural light and a modern bathroom. Very clean and neat. The staff were all very nice and everything was exactly as it was advertised. The hotel was only a couple of minutes walk from the famous basilica and right opposite a small grocery store. It was next to a very nice and lively street with lots of shops. We were very happy with our stay and would return if we come back to Zaragoza.
There was some construction on the street which was a bit inconvenient but not noisy. There was a bit of street noise from the people in the main area and bar opposite the hotel but the windows completely blocked out the noise.

Almohadas demasiado altas y personal de recepción no interesados en informar al viajero de su ciudad, trato educado pero indiferente y frío.

El diseño es muy moderno y la habitación era muy amplia a demás de estar muy bien ubicado.
Justo delante del hotel hay un bar karaoke y aun que las ventanas están muy bien si saladas al inicio de la noche había bastante ruido.

Todo excepto la ventana, en la habitaciones que dan a la calle. A pesar de ser de doble vidrio, no son de la calidad suficiente como para evitar el sonido de un local nocturno que hay justo delante. No se puede dormir

La habitación ruidosa, hotel antiguo, varias habitaciones pegadas al ascensor. Si reserváis en habitación que no esté al lado del ascensor.

El recepcionista de la mañana nos atendió con bastante desidia. Luego el resto de personal muy agradable y profesional.
Pero cuando vas a un hotel, te gusta que el primer contacto sea cordial y amable, y no fué así.

Het hotel is super gelegen. Grote kamers en badkamer. Airco. Lekker ontbijt. Prijs kwaliteit ok. Het vele stadslawaai kan perfect buitengesloten worden door de ramen te sluiten.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, a dos cuadras de la Iglesia del Pilar y a metros de la calle principal, con muchos restaurantes y bares y cerca de todos los puntos turísticos. A pesar de estar en esta ubicación no escuchamos ruidos y descansamos muy bien, estábamos en primer piso y eran las fiestas del Pilar, lo que lleva a muchísimo movimiento de gente.
que es muy tarde el check in, a las 16 y uno llega temprano con el transporte para aprovechar el día de visita. Pero pudimos dejar nuestro equipaje sin problemas, fueron muy amables.

Excellent location, very easy to navigate the old Town and tourist sites from the hotel. We were allowed to check in earlier than arranged which was a huge relief as we were hot and tired from our previous journey. The hotel and facilities were very clean.
The reception area, although beautifully presented felt quite sterile and we did not choose to sit there for long.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of the old town, great location stayed one night on way back from Lourdes, was clean lovely room, with little balcony opening onto central courtyard, (room 301) nice shower, TV couldn't fault it, fridge too. Near El Tubo with quaint streets and tapas bars, just lovely.
Room next to lift, husband couldn't sleep properly due to a bit of noise, but I always use Earplugs in hotels so was fine, grab rail in shower would be useful & a kettle as we had to bring our own

Convenient, clean
Upon arrival staff was not very friendly. Didn’t explain anything and felt annoyed by our existence. Weekend staff was helpful and very accommodating!!
