Confine con la nostra proprietà recintata , ospita un grande prato Mucche al saison.Que felicità dopo il vostro bagno sulle spiagge di Royan (25 km), la vostra visita per l'isola di Oleron (50 km) di Re (88kms) e Aix (64kms ) la tua degustazione di ostriche nei piccoli porti di ostriche (30 km) o la vostra visita al famoso La Palmyre Zoo (40 km). Vacanze per tutti i gusti ... Plancha 1 1 + 2 giardino stufe a fungo disponibili (1 bottiglia di gas disponibile) e 2 giugno grande ciliegio per gli amanti del cibo. 4 camere da letto 12à16m2 salone 30m2 riscaldata piscina di 18 m2 (min 24 ° - 27 ° max) da maggio a metà settembre (a seconda del tempo) con riscaldamento a pompa di calore e telone.

Excellent outdoor space with a lovely pool, lounge and play areas. House was adequate. Owners extremely helpful and welcoming.

The farmhouse was well equipped and comfortable. The children, both old and young, enjoyed the games room, the location is peaceful and relaxing - everything we hoped it would be. We looked forward to the cows/bulls visiting their water troughs in the next field - not sure who was watching who! Fabrice and his aunt/uncle answered our calls for help with wifi and plancha with speed and helpfulness, Merci!The farmhouse is in a beautiful rural area but only 15 minutes away from a huge supermarket and Saintes itself. We had a wonderful holiday. Merci Fabrice!

We had a lovely stay here. The property was nicely equipped (although could do with a wardrobe in the ground floor bedroom), clean and comfortable. The games barn is a nice touch and we had fun attempting golf. There was a smell of heating oil in the utility/downstairs toilet that was from the leaking tank outside, but Fabrice did explain it had just started leaking and will be replaced shortly. The location was quite peaceful with just a couple of quiet neighbours nearby, but only 5mn drive into Saintes for shopping, site seeing and entertainment.

We were two families (4 adults & 4 children) who had a wonderful 2 week stay at Villa. The location is approximately 10 minutes from Saintes which is a pretty town with plenty of shops and supermarkets.
The villa is set in green surrounds with lots of space, and has plenty of activities other than the pool. It is also a short easy bike ride to Pissany for a local boulangerie and small shop.
My only very small criticism was some of the cooling fans available in the bedrooms were not very powerful, which led to a couple of uncomfortable nights during the hot weather on our stay.
The property owners Fabrice & Christine were extremely welcoming and helpful and we would all happily stay here again in the future. Thank you.
