Right in the center, near cathedral and food and shopping,

Nos encantó que estás a un paso de todo. El personal del hotel muy amable y atento. Contratamos el spa (pequeñito pero acogedor) y nos gustó mucho, destacamos el baño turco. Fuimos un jueves por la tarde y había la gente justa.Hay que llevar chanclas, bañador y gorro. El albornoz por ser cliente del hotel te lo dejan en la habitación. El sábado tomamos el brunch. Delicioso todo,no pudimos terminarlo de la cantidad de comida que es. Por la tarde tuvimos unos masajes de aromaterapia,muy recomendable también. Las camas son amplias y cómodas. La habitación tenía una neverita pequeña,ideal para meter el agua y pequeños productos.

Al estar tan bien ubicado,nuestra habitación daba a la calle Cervantes, calle de paso por mucha gente por la tarde-noche y se oía mucho el ruido de la calle.

Nous avons aimé la localisation, le spa et le petit déjeuné.

Nous avions une chambre côté rue et l’insonorisation n’était vraiment pas au rendez vous. Les fenêtres ne fermaient pas totalement et le bruit de la rue était audible comme si la fenêtre était ouverte. La nuit a été courte. Un petit rafraîchissement de la chambre serait la bienvenue.

Estaba bien en general, aunque que la recepción este en el restaurante me parece incomodo

Sobre todo la situación en pleno centro al lado del barrio húmedo y del evento al que acudíamos.

Habitaciones separadas para una reserva conjunta de 2 habitaciones, el parking pequeño y las almohadas mejorables.

La amabilidad del personal, siempre genial. La ubicación y limpieza

Nos dieron habitaciones en la tercera planta, pero había que subir 9 escalones desde el ascensor. Deberían avisar cuando se reseva, porque si viajas con alguien con problemas de movilidad es un problema. Es la segunda vez que nos pasa

La habitación daba a la zona de salir por la noche y no dormimos en toda la noche , nos tenían que haber avisado

This was our second stay. Loved the room - it was renovated compared to the older room we had last year. Disappointed with spa as the jacuzzi was not working and there were too many people admitted to be able to enjoy it. Also ended up with a breakfast charge although we did not consume breakfast. Given the price (9 Euros per person) we booked it assuming it was a buffet (our error). When it turned out it was the very same items available at the bar (tortilla, coffee, orange juice, and bread), we decided to go for breakfast elsewhere which the front desk person on duty said was perfectly fine. When this charge was still on our bill when we checked out, we were told that the hotel made no mistake and therefore would not cancel the charge. We did get a refund for the overcrowded spa with a faulty jacuzzi. Of note, we very much enjoyed the spa last year, so depending on timing of year and bookings, would still recommend assuming everything is working as it should.
