Good location, walking distance to all the sights. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Requested twin room but on arrival was given a double, however quickly and pleasantly rectified. Booked an executive room with a balcony but it didn't have one. Toaster not working at breakfast two out of the four days. Had to request items of crockery and cutlery each day.

Shower in a bath, but was ok. Lift a little small

Spacious room with nice balcony. Comfortable bed and good shower and spa bath.
Breakfast was varied and plentiful and complimentary water was a nice touch.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Good location within easy walking distance of many attractions.
Breakfast was rather chaotic because there were several large groups staying who all wanted to eat at the same time. This meant staff were rushed and food and crockery ran out quickly.
It was difficult to find a suitable time to eat.
WiFi was very poor. Often could not connect and when we did it dropped out frequently. Need stronger WiFi for the amount of people using it.
