The staff was nice, the rooms were functional

The rooms were a bit outdated and we had to clean ourselves

i liked the location of the place

I was given a terrible room, super loud next to noisy neighbors. heard every word. Smelled cigarette smoke everytime I opened the window. dirty carpet, shower leaking, had to wipe the floor with a mop each time. super uncomfortable bed. unhelpful staff. Do not recommend again. First time I went there I was given a nice room, but this was shocking and unhelpful staff made me decide to never go back

I did not like that each time I opened the door I had a cigarette smell coming from other balconies. I feel that its unfair to non smokers that wish to get some fresh air to have to smell other guests bad habits

the bedroom was big and had a fridge. heating was controllable

We were tasked to clean up the place and take the towels, sheets, and trash out to different floors on our way out. We arrived at night and the parking was a bit confusing to find. They wanted to charge us 200 EUR at the check-in in concept of warranty/caution. The reception times are a bit restrictive (8am > 7pm I think) if you stay for few days and leave the apartment early.

The room was very comfy with heating and carpet. The staff was very friendly and free parking great. Very close to the nearest ski Piste and also not far to Font Romeu and the other pistes and towns around.

The kitchen in the room could have been better equipped.. only one tiny glass, no kitchen towel and no deep dishes. The whole complex was quite empty but they put everyone in one corner so we had neighbours making noise on all sides and we have a small baby so would have preferred it quieter in the evening…

the room was so small for 6 people and the beds were kids size, check-in 1 hour later, room was much more than simple with very old furniture, we had to do the beds by ourselves and the next day to put all the sheets to the washing machine baskets, breackfast with no water jajajaja and very poor don’t pay it!, poor wifi signal, one bed broken and any one came to repair it so we had to sleep on the floor. The next day we went to put a claim to the reception and they only said to us “don’t worry we will return your bail” but they didn’t even cared about our confort during the stay. Conclusion: it was the careless hotel I’ve been in my life.

surprised that you had to fully clean apartment on leaving they even gave you a welcome pack which included cleaning materials . I would mind doing this if it was reflected in the price but £170 a night I would expect more hotel like service ???

Excellent location and facilities for a ski getaway. restaurants and supermarket nearby. Short drive to ski stations. Great choice! Would definitely repeat.

Nothing to mention. It meet our expectations.
