Room although a little small was neat, clean and quiet with double glazing on the window which reduced the outside noise. The bathroom although modular was fine with a large shower which had plenty of water pressure and hot water.

There was nothing that I really didn't like, the room was a little warn and could do with a refresh in the near future. It didn't really have a sitting area which was the biggest drawback. If you were sitting on the bed it would move across the floor, being on roller legs.

Before I checked in on the day I was booked in, I made a special trip to check out my accommodation. The owner(?) showed me where I would be parking my car, where I could unload my belongings, & also he showed me my room. I really appreciated that. 🙏🙂 I LOVED the super-smooth, soft SHEETS ... and my PILLOWS were the perfect balance of softness while still giving perfect support! ☁️ The BED 🛌 was incredibly COMFY with just the right amount of softness, as if it had an expensive topper, and excellent support on the mattress underneath it. 👌 (I can honestly say that I could've stayed lying in the bed for longer, which is a rare statement for me, as I really only sleep 2 hours at a time, in any bed before needing to get up & walk around!) The BATHROOM was a substantial step-up from the room itself, into a kind of *POD* & although some people would describe it as being a small or compact size, it was ideal for me. I loved the way the toilet came out of the wall, rather than sitting on the floor! The toilet roll dispenser was under the sink area, perfectly accessible for one who's right-handed! 👌😊 I liked the way the basin was part of the vanity, as it had no gaps or cracks. You'd have to see it, to know what I mean. (See pics) There was a started box of tissues & a rubbish bin. In fact, there were 3 bins in the room, but they weren't lined with plastic bags, so I would probably bring my own next time. I was able to get some from the night manager, Josh. 😃 There was an extra mirror besides the mirror above the bathroom basin. The one on the wall was long enough that you could see your entire outfit in it. That was a bonus! **It was noticeable when the next room's guest used the toilet. The flushing could be heard, but it didn't bother me. I think perhaps guests should NOT flush unless necessary, (during the night), to consider their neighbours.** I liked the desk/bench where the window was, & the chair.

I mentioned the fridge **NOT cooling** in the previous paragraph. It's a real shame that a fridge that was apparently quite a recent purchase, was barely cooling. It was a Dometic fridge & they're not cheap, so I hope the supplier &/or the manufacturer will give the post-purchase support that they should, because hotels buy them in huge numbers. They need to cool properly!

room was clean, comfortable and ok. other things not quite.

ROOM 1. .... looked over carpark at back, turned on tv which was faulty so I reported to staff and got moved to front with more interesting view. ROOM 2. ... opened door to find it occupied, back to reception locked myself out of room 1 with bags ......... ROOM 3 half an hour later with bags in arms, was fine. night got better from there. room was cool overnight, no adjustment on temp. conclusion good staff who fixed the problems eventually. WI-FI wanted all my details less a DNA sample to access it (room number should have been enough) so I REFUSED to use it. ....... would I stay there again. ......... yes.
