Everything is included in the price you get air conditioning, use of the safe, pool towels that you can change on a regular basis, shower gel and shampoo, full range of cooking facilities including a full oven and hob. the property is located in the centre of the village. The pool is lovely with sun beds available and a small bar for snacks etc. The staff are lovely and welcoming we have stayed her a few times now and it never disappoints us it’s a little gem.

The staff go over and above to assist and are so friendly, you could not wish for anymore! We absolutely love staying here..110%. 5 stars all the time.

The hotel is set in an amazing location in the village of Koutouloufari 1 mile from Hersonissos overlooking the town. It's up a steep hill, so the walk into Town takes 15 minutes and is very nice, a taxi back (8 euro) is recommended, the village in the evening has everything you require, many beautiful restaurants and bars with roof top views over the sea, very quaint shops selling good local quality products, 3 supermarkets, 18 hole crazy golf and car/bike hire, you won't need to venture into Town unless you really want to? The entire village is very tidy and a pleasure to walk around at any time of the day. The Hotel is 5* rated IMO. Part of the RCI Group the attention to detail is 1st class. The whole Hotel is immaculate in cleanliness, organisation, safety, information and decor. We had been upgraded on arrival which was a bonus, our room overlooked the harbour and across the Town it has a fully stocked kitchen, lovely bathroom and ours had a super kingsize bed in it, comfy lounge area and a terrace that easily fitted a 4 seat patio table. Breakfast is superb covering all dietary requirements, served by Katerina. Reception staff were one of the best I've experienced, friendly, helpful advice, local knowledge and time for a chat on your way back to your room. I had a medical emergency while in the hotel, the staff came and checked if I was ok, rang the medical centre, ordered me a taxi and escorted me to the taxi, their concern and attention was extraordinary. Travellers return year after year to this hotel, I for one will be adding to that list, I'm sure if you book this hotel you will be too.

Ok it's not a criticism (as they tell you themselves) the whole Hotel is built on the side of a hill, so it has steps everywhere! steps to reception, steps in reception, steps from reception to most rooms, steps to the pool, steps from the pool area to the breakfast room, steps from the walkways to most rooms, none of them are steep or dangerous just loads of them. If your fit n able there's really no problem, if walking up stairs is, then ask for one of the lower single number rooms only 2 small sets of steps to climb then!

Everything! The Staff was outstanding, so helpful, friendly and professional, the location quiet but with enough places to get food and entertainmentand also what a view! The breakfast delicious, the pool clean. We felt incredibly welcome and we will come back without a doubt!

Chilled ambience and friendly staff, superb location, great room

Cleanliness standards had slipped since last time. Housekeeping needs overseen and seem to have a very relaxed attitude with staff spending lots of time chatting with other staff. General maintenance of grounds needs sharpened also and becoming scruffy

It was an incredible property with beautiful gardens and extremely nice apartments inside. I loved my stay and would totally recommend to anyone who wants to have nice relaxing getaway. It felt as a country side and walking right from the hotel, beautiful village with amazing shops and restaurants. People are so nice sweet and friendly. They instantly made me feel like part of a family. I will definitely come back.

There is lots of steps everywhere so if you can’t climb, could be a problem. Personally for me that wasn’t an issue as I love walking, just coming with luggage took a bit time to carry.

Super holiday, the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in the centre of Koutouloufari and has lovely facilities. we had a one bedroom apartment that included 2 air con units, adequate towels that were changed frequently and a super kingsize bed which was so comfortable. Pool towels were provided free of charge and could be changed every other day, we kept ours for 4 days each time as they dont really need changing that often. Location absolutely perfect. Rooms had absolutely everything that you could want.

The village where the hotel is located was very nice. Also liked the way the rooms were organised in separate buildings. We enjoyed the pool. There were mainly families with young kids like us.

The breakfast was exactly same every single day, a tiny touch to change something would have been nice.

Staff were great, room was comfortable and kept very clean. Had no worries about COVID-19.

Wi fi not very reliable

We had a great stay at Koutouloufari Village Holiday Club. The hotel is located in a very nice town with a lot of restaurants and shops. It's a bit far from the beach, so either you need a car or walk for some 20 minutes. Our room was amazing, with a massive terrace with a sea view. Great experience. I'd definitely stay there again.

We absolutely love the village Koutouloufari. The restaurant and shops owners are super nice , even when we didn't eat or buy at the places. The hotel was very clean and our apartment was really spacious. We had everything we needed for cooking and the floor was out of stone so the room itself had a nice and cool temperature. The best was that there were two air cons, one in the living room and one in the bed room for additional support. The staff was so kind and we will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. In addition to that, the location is perfect because during the day the village is quiet with only a few tourists and during the evenings the village is full of local people and tourists who enjoy the nice atmosphere and come for dinner. But we couldn't hear any noise in our hotel apartment because it is a few meters away from the main street. I prefer the village because down the hill where the town is located, there is so much traffic on the main road. There are a lot of young tourists around age 16-30 mostly who love to party and being noisy. Which I can understand, but doesn't find relaxing at all. :) So if you want a calm and relaxed atmosphere, better stay in Koutouloufari.

Each day we had to log into the wifi again and sometimes the wifi wasn't so strong (especially during the evenings). Maybe it was because all the guests were using it at that time to watch movies like us. :) but this was just a minor issue . There are a few stairs that guests need to take to enter the hotel and to use in the hotel area to get to different facilities. If you have a wheelchair or a baby buggy, better double check with the hotel if there is a separate entrance otherwise it might be difficult to stay at this hotel. This might be a challenge for getting around the town as well because the sidewalk is very narrow and not always straight.

The village location makes it special to Greece.

staff made excellent restaurant recommendations and was extremely helpful in assisting with excursion planning!

the beds do not have a fitted bottom sheet and the flat sheet on the bottom kept sliding and putting me in direct contact with the mattress which is not acceptable. also, the mattress wasn't really comfortable. my friend staying in the room next door had the same comments. however, that said, the hotel is great overall and the village is super cute!
