Convenient and pleasant short stay.

Great, convenient location. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

Lifts were a bit smelly.

A little'sad' but in great location.

Location was great. Handy for QPAC and the CBD. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Bed was very comfortable. Undercover parking was appreciated.

The whole place is in need of a facelift, especially the bathroom & the carpet in the bedroom. First impressions when walking down the corridor to the room was not good.

Great location 10/10. Very clean and comfortable room & bed. Pool area very clean. Will def stay again. Bonus with free undercover car parking. Friendly staff

Shabby 90s concrete monstrosity in a great location

Great location in West End. Reasonably roomy apartments + more or less functional balconies.

Apartments are shabby, in need of a real upgrade, or even better, repurposing (rather than demolition). They belong to another more ugly urban age. Dark grey carpets are dirty, corridors are like a '70s hospital. Feels cheap throughout like a quick and nasty 90s cut and run development. Concrete and pebblecrete surrounds. Silly little pool. Absurd 'exercise room'. Go there for the location and reasonably spacious rooms but not for the atmosphere or amenities. No wonder it had deep discounts on booking.com.

Everything was dated , old, needed a refreshing painting , just an overall update, Air conditioning unit had yellowed due to age and the outdoor unit corroding away Just very dissapointed with the overall presentation of the complex

Extremely Disappointed

We picked this place for location

Items advertised as being in the room were not in the room for instance there was no sofa no toaster and it was advertised as daily housekeeping, we did not receive housekeeping. The room was extremely small and not as in the advertised photos it was also very tired. I am sorry but I would not stay at this place again and I cannot recommend it.

Pleasant

Close to many restaurants. Easy access to Southbank and Conference Centre. Straightforward check in process.

The website described a gym but there was none to be found. Swipe access didn't work for pool and sauna area. I didn't see a staff member in the entire 5 days I was there.

Room canceled 3 days before arrival, lots of last minute stress booking 4 nights elsewhere at a much higher rate. A good hotel would normally arrange other accommodation. A big thumbs down.

excellent location, spacious apartments, easy check in and out process

space was massive. we were upsized from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. very much appreciated this 😁

Very Disappointing, a motel room with a microwave, dated

N/A breakfast , not offered.Studio microwave & kettle, no toaster minimal & basic & mismatched cutlery. Great difficulty reaching any crockery

Minimal kitchenette, couldn’t reach crockery, nothing to stand on to reach.Poor bathroom situation, unaware of shower spa bath, extreme difficulty balancing in/out slippery situation with no safety rail & large step .Metal stool as bedroom seating or bed. Dated quality of all, plastic toilet seat

Very central to everything in west end an short walk to train station and central Brisbane. Good size 1bed apartment. Enjoyed my stay an will stay again thanks.
