Great front desk staff. Filled my cooler with ice each morning! Great breakfast. Plenty of parking. Super nice room. Easy access to Anif and Salzburg.

Nothing. Well, there was a line for coffee. That’s the worst thing.

La colazione era ottima e davvero abbondante e varia. Non mi era mai capitato di trovare così tanta varietà e "insalate" diverse e tutte buonissime. La posizione comoda da raggiungere dall'autostrada , ma questo comporta che si sente tanto rumore con le finestre aperte anche se non si vede la strada. La nostra camera era spaziosa e pulita. Mobilio sufficiente per mettere via tutto anche se per 4 forse sarebbe mancato un altro armadio. Il bagno davvero carino e la cucina piccola, nel disimpegno, ma con tutto quello che serviva per piccole cene. Se mi capitasse di tornare da quelle parti penso che guarderei la disponibilità e i prezzi di questa struttura. Soprattutto in inverno dove si possono tenere le finestre chiuse.

Di divetti, superabili, sono: rumore dell'autostrada vicino in caso di finestre aperte o relax nella terrazza, mancanza di aria condizionata e porta della doccia che non era della grandezza giusta per chiudere completamente il box doccia. Questo ha comportato un po' di più di bagnato del dovuto.

Hot indoors when in it is hot outside. We had fans but didn't really help. The hotel is perfect for good or rainy weather.

The breakfast was the best part. The eggs were fresh and not a box mix. The croissants were fresh and flaky. The cappuccino was acceptable. But the espresso was not good. Regardless, it was an excellent breakfast even though there was no yogurt. The bread looked good and there was even a toaster and the bacon was crispy so I was very happy with it. The bed was comfortable and the apt was nice and spacious enough. The location was about a 20 minute drive from the center of Salzburg and that was perfect for us. If you have an electric car, they also have a charging station for 2 cars. There are plenty of spots to park in as well.

The main reasons why I deducted 4 points are these: The listing states that there is an elevator. This is true. HOWEVER, IT DOES NOT GO TO THE APARTMENT!!!! This is extremely misleading! We would never have selected this hotel otherwise. We had previously informed them that we had a lot of luggage since this was a halfway point to put destination and would need an easily accessible room because I have a disability. They have us an apt where we had to walk to the other side of the hotel and up a long curved staircase with all our bags! This is unacceptable. The other negatives are minor: the hair dryer is the kind that is attached to a wall and is very weak. The apt was not very warm and you couldn't control the heat. But the main thing is the access. It is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be accessible when the elevator does not go to all the floors. If they manage to fix this, this would make all the difference.
