The rooms are in a beautiful historic building; but bearing that in mind, access to the rooms is via a steep narrow staircase. The rooms are uniquely and individually decorated; we stayed in the Mouljn Rouge room. The artwork was ‘interesting’ and I’ll leave it to the imagination bearing in mind the room name! The room and bathroom were enormous with a roll top bath. The staff were professional and I needed my rusty French as that was the only language spoken; fair enough. Overall, a very pleasant two night stopover in this hotel.
Access via the back door when the bar was closed

We loved the historic building and the room was incredible. If you like older buildings, this is a perfect place to stay.
The location is fabulous, in the heart of the village.
We hadn't booked for supper and although they were super busy, they made sure we got a table. The food is great here too.
The stairs and floors are uneven as you would expect in such a beautiful old building. We loved this as it adds to the character, but if you have mobility issues it could be a problem.

Nice garden, good food and a nice breakfast
The customer service for the hotel. The property is basically a restaurant with a few rooms. The whole focus is on the restaurant. We had a major problem on arrival, because of road closures and we didn’t know how to find the recommended car park. The hotel refused to help us because they were too busy with the restaurant.
