The location was excellent as well as the room and facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff. Everything was very clean, including the streets and environment. Peaceful surrounding.

The sauna/spa area was not so good. The opening hours for the Finnish and steam sauna were 11:00-19:00. However, each time we went there they were both cold and we had to wait approx. 30 mins, and heat up both saunas ourselves. We reported this at the reception, unfortunately no improvement happened. Also, the steam sauna was not good at such; it was very cold on the floor although heated but the Finnish sauna was good.

Terrible breakfast,, poor selection and quality

The location is great as the hotel is fairly close to the beach. The bus station is also close by which we used for getting around. The reception was kind and allowed us to leave our things after checkout for a while before we went to catch a bus for Las Palmas. The apartment is quite big with lots of storage space and a kitchen equipped with basic stuff.

The apartment wasn't very clean - not sure if it's the water but the shower floor was yellowish and there were small bugs (ants?) in the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is on the ground floor with bedroom window looking towards the main hallway and the other window looking towards a common yard - because of this we felt uneasy to remove the curtains so it was always kind of dark... The beds were creaky with mattresses moving around because they were not fixed to the bed frame. And the fridge was quite old and noisy with the doors mounted on the wrong side. Overall, we expected more for the money.

Large nice studio on top floor with balcony faced sunset is ideal for solo traveller or couple. It was windy and I sunbathed on balcony naked. Balcony is covered from neighbor’s eyes and you might take off clothes. Roof terrace and pool provides luxurious sun-beds, towels etc. Downstairs is heated pool, sauna and gym. Location ideal. Beach, shops, restaurants are in 5 min walk. Recommend “360” next door on a top floor with amazing view but book in advance! Stuff if helpful. Cleaning lady smiling. Comes every day.

No complimentary bottle of water. And you have to buy salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, everything if you want to make your own food. Isn’t convenient when you stay just a few days.

Large rooms.Kitchenette well equipped.Nice rooftop terrace. Located on a quiet street.Very clean.Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Balcony chairs uncomfortable. Shower head not working properly...had to be handheld.

I've stayed here twice now. Really like the big rooms, layout, and staff.

Maybe increase the hours of breakfast especially at weekends?

no aircon was VERY warm at night do walk round in socks as they clean the floor with bleach meaning all our socks had to be thrown away because they went brown! you have to pay for towels and pay again to use the sauna/steam facilities each day

Lovely big apartments, nice staff. Nice pool.

The WiFi is inadequate in the rooms. The hotel needs to make clear that it is only available in communal areas. No soap or shampoo provided.

Location was OK but that's about it

Numerous cockroaches everyday in the room! The beds were like prison beds, not comfortable at all. Finally there was hardly any water pressure so having a shower was a long process. Constant loud music all day and evening from local bar and to make it worse they were carrying out work in the pool area and outside out room during the day causing contact noise.

Location was good. The flat is very spacious

Th rooms have no wifi, you have to be near the common to get some signal. The fridge didn’t cool. The tv didn’t work. I found a roach in the bathroom one morning. The property provider no amenities. It would have been nice to have wine glass. It’s Spain.
