The Staff, Room, Food was EXCELLENT.
Considering the fact that I always look for a well equipped Gym for my morning workouts, I was very disappointed in that respect. The accessibility to the Gym is very clumsy and user un-freindly. The equipment is very old and outdated, 2 out of 3 treadmills (which is very basic) were out of order and the one that was in order stalled a few times in the middle of the workout, and, no fresh towels handy, only be request.
I wish this will be remedied if we are to consider our next stay with you.

Beautiful
The room needs an update, the air conditioning made a lot of noise that kept me up at night and there was a light in the toilet that you can't turn off at night.
