there is a great yard with playground for the kids. The staff was very polite.

it was dirty all around the room. I think it needs some renovation. The breakfast was very poor - no fresh fruits and only few things to choose from. There was a hair on the hairdryer in the bathroom and dog food on the floor near the bed.

I've booked an apartment, which is the most expensive option, but you'd be far better with a studio, almost half price, much better conditions. Sleeping on an opened sofa in one room is absolutely an option for enemies. Sofa was very exhausted, uncomfortable, with metal bars in the middle, thin mattress, springs damaged, I had to sleep in diagonal to save something of that night. The furniture, especially sofas and armchairs should have been changed with new ones long time ago. Walls were wearing the signs of numerous insect hunting. Electrical socket was hanging from the wall, real danger when using it. Poor breakfast, there was the impression that staff was really delaying coming up with new food once the plates were empty. At the reception was a note that POS is not working, I think it's there forever, they accept only cash. you can imagine why ;) Most certain I will not come back here.

The room was clean and spacious. The complex has a very large and nice garden, very relaxing. The restaurant on the premis has very tasty food. They also have a small car park and the car was safe.

I gave a 9 and not a 10 because there was a wedding party right under our windows. Fortunatlly the music stopped around 23.30, but we were so tired after a very long drive. Not sure if this was the hotel restaurant...

it’s overpriced for the quality, breakfast was poor and wasn’t clean for 2 days in the room. Parking spaces were limited if are many guests. A/C was not working properly.

It needs a bit of a refresh in terms of decoration and it's a big hotel (although you mostly notice at breakfast as there are various smaller buildings)

The hotel had a nice park that was well taken care of, and the staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was above average but nothing special. In the evening the service was a bit slow - be prepared to wait even if you order just drinks. Breakfast was OK with fresh veggies and some fruits. The pool looks small but it doesn't get crowded and is actually quite nice. The room was spacious and clean with a good AC, internet was not so good.

I was missing a vending machine or something where you can get some drinks or coffee during the day without having to go to the restaurant. Another thing I did not like was that the anti-covid measures were only formal - for example there were containers for sanitizer everywhere but there were all empty for the 4 days we stayed there; the breakfast was an open buffet served in a relatively small room that was getting crowded in the morning, and no one cared to wear masks regardless of the sign that masks are mandatory.

The support of the personnel was fantastic: very kind and professional.

The beds were OK, but the mattresses were like rocks. The bathrooms are bit strange: the shower has no bathtub. More, the only separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom is a curtain, so the water flows all over under it. No surprise: the door frame is rotten at the bottom.

Decent, large enough room. Good value for money. Best feature of the location is that they are pet friendly.

Very noisy location. Last year we stayed at Izvora 2, but this year we wanted to bring our doggies, so we had to go with Izvora 1. Mowing the grass at 6 in the morning is not ok, also noisy guests yelling after midnight should be dealt with. The food was better last year.

Very nice hotel, old traditional inn look. Large backyard. Minizoo, children friendly. Secure and safe.
