I really appreciated the quality of the food, the diversity of the wine list and the great service in the restaurants! I also highly appreciate ALL the reception staff who offered outstanding support and assistance during my stay with the hotel.

This is a fabulous hotel, great location to Pamplona town centre, but the most amazing find is the restaurants in this hotel is simply the best in this area, the food is so amazing and the staff very attentive. We love this hotel, great walks close by, if you love cycle riding, bring your bikes and explore .

One of the best hotels — especially for the very reasonable price — I have ever stayed in. The staff member Omar is, with no hesitation, the most helpful, professional, and friendly hotel staff I have ever known. Beautiful, clean, quiet!! Absolutely lovely refined vibe. Great breakfast. The bar food is also excellent and good value. I did not have the pleasure of eating at the attached Michelin star restaurant, which I regret. Excellent beds, lighting, and room controls. Soft drinks in the minibar are complimentary, which is refreshing. AWESOME electronic blackout shades. Fantastic linens.

Hours of the restaurant/breakfast service are inconvenient. The cleaning solution used in the rooms smells like a hair salon, in a bad way. Made my sinuses stuffy. Shower controls are persnickety and noisy.

Room was clean and comfortable but our direct view was on to a blank wall unless you craned your neck to look out to the left stood close to the window. Shower room was excellent but the bath and handbasin at the end of the living area immediately to the right of the entrance door was novel. Sliding doors separated that area from the bedroom if privacy was required.

Long walk into the Plaza Mayor. Much further than the 0.9 miles mentioned on the Booking.com information and steep hill up from the hotel initially. We thought that a shuttle could be provided by the hotel at a reasonable cost or within the price

The staff that we met were all excellent being friendly, courteous and attentative.

We all loved our rooms, which were well appointed, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the spa and pool very much.

We all thought that the Euro 15 breakfast was inadequate and lacked imagination. The Euro 30 breakfast seemed rather expensive. Why not have a Euro 20 option in the restaurant?

The gentleman at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly which is always a good start for any hotel visit.

This is a superb hotel on the outskirts of Pamplona, but within easy walking distance of the city (20-30 mins). All the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, and made our stay very special. We ate in the hotel restaurant two nights, and the food was superb. We would highly recommend dinner. The spa was open but due to the pandemic had to be booked in advance for solo use, quite nice really as I got the entire area to myself- pool, steam room and sauna. Our room was a delight lots of space and a very comfortable big bed, along a nice terrace for sunny afternoons.
