Location
The room was very small compared to American hotels. It was interesting, though. Also, and I know this wasn’t their fault, but I paid for my luggage to be delivered from one hotel to the next and it did not arrive when I was told it would. It was an entire extra day without luggage. I was not prepared for it since everything in Japan seems to run so smoothly, I did not think it would be delayed.

The location, in the city center
Check-in situation, takes time too long and there’s some mistake on my booking confirmation because the staff didn’t put like the same with the one I have booked via Booking.com
it was a different name, and the staff seems not professional. Sut so far, the facilities itself is good. Clean and near from everywhere literally
