Domus Ferruccio

Host was attentive and very helpful navigating around the area.

Mattress little hard

The room was spacious and air conditioned. It was easy to get in and out.

David the host was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, very helpful with information to make the most of our Rome visit and easy to contact. The accomodation is in an ideal location for exploring the popular tourist destinations.

The accomodation is an ensuite bedroom with a shared galley kitchen. Both kitchen and ensuite are narrow so space is limited.

Our host, David, was extremely helpful and communicative. We received an arrival PDF describing the property and recommendations for nearby restaurants, etc. It is in a quiet area so no issue with street noise. Entry to the building and apartment was by electronic key-codes. There is a washing machine in the shared kitchen area which was a BIG plus for us. We ate out all the time but the ability to make an espresso in the morning allowed us to start our day in a civilized state. After eating mostly Italian cuisine during the first half of our stay in Italy, it was great to find other ethnic cuisines and the best (oldest) gelato in the area.

Although it is withing walking distance from the Rome Termini train station, the cobblestone streets make it a challenge to haul your luggage smoothly. One of our luggage wheels gave up. Best to take the M1 subway from Termini to Vittorio Emanuele if you are arriving by train to Rome's Termini station.
