Lovely, peaceful location, far enough away from the crowds but close enough to explore - relaxing gardens, refreshing pool, great shower, and a charming dog - the place has something of a quirky Egyptology theme going on, Isis would be proud!
Motorbikes seem to feature highly, and it's obviously a popular place for riders, but perhaps a bit less pleasant for others when they bring their bikes right up to the rooms, making a lot of noise and smelly fumes...

We arrived later than expected, two hours over due. We were tired and hungry from a long drive. We were welcomed with open arms, seated at a table and served the most delicious grilled lamb chops & chicken with a huge salad on the side. We were shown to our rooms, check in was left until the next day. We enjoyed a glorious breakfast of toast, ham, tomatoes, jam, butter, orange juice and coffee. We will definitely stay there again.
There was nothing we didn’t like, the hotel and staff felt very warm and
friendly. It was just what we needed.
