The reception, the cleanliness, the security who helped me park the car safely even at 1am.
There was this liquor smell coming from the corridoors. Even after switching off the AC, the room was very cold and unbearable. There was some problem with the AC unit.

The staff were incredible, always happy to go above and beyond. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable.

Good staff, very friendly and welcoming,
Average, can do better with cleanliness, buffet breakfast was no choice but only idly and sambar and once runs out no refill, not good value for money.

Charging Rs.250/-per person for 2ps idali,vada and tea is amazing if it’s in good rated property

Very bad experience this time... Specially room aminities was not at all satisfactory..bathroom was really very small n also very much congusted... TV was not working initially and after some time only it got corrected...also room doors n door locks vere in very bad condition...main thing to point out is attitude of the staffs not all but this time specially had a very bad experience with one of the staff...food ordered was not recieved the same and given the bill without even having it bcoz of the very rude behaviour from this staff...was a very bad experience with Abad Metro this time...n noted all these things in the review book also...thank you 🙏

This is an old property which requires renovation atleast for the furniture.
