Killaqente

The room is spacious and large. It is cleaned everyday. Basic breakfast is serve at 6:30am to 9:30am. Tea is offered anytime of the day.

No elevator. Our room is on the 3rd floor. The location is quite far from the main square and steep. If you are not used to climbing stairs, this location is not for you.

Staff eccezionale, molto disponibile 24h su 24 e d'aiuto (ci hanno offerto consigli sulla città, prenotato taxi, tenuto valigie mentre eravamo al Salkantay Trek, prenotato varie escursioni e tour nella zona...). Molto comodo shuttle gratuito dall'aeroporto. Stanza spaziosa e colazione varia e abbondante

Nulla

It is a fantastic place easy walking distance from the centre of Cusco. Loved that they have a dog and two cats which makes it feel very homely. The staff were incredibly helpful with travel plans and with all of my queries !

Honestly, not a lot.

I can’t understand how this property is so highly rated. All I can think is that it was in times gone past a lot better than it is now. Now, it could do with a lot of TLC, you can see it has the potential. For example the toilet seat was broken and there was a lot of mould in the bathroom. Additionally the windows in the bathroom haven’t been cleaned in very long time and they have stains and a layer of grime. The courtyard was just a mess and unloved with old building materials and rubbish just laying around, a shame because it could be an excellent outdoor space. The breakfast was very basic and in our months stay in Peru was quite simply at the bottom of the table. The shame here is that these are all things that wouldn’t cost a lot of money to rectify but there doesn’t seem to be a will to do so, again a shame.
