The room, the location.

There was a problem with the water.

I’ve stayed at the hotel’s new building and the room was brand new, very spacious and comfortable. There is a small kitchen area where you can prepare food and a nice balcony to relax. The new building has a nice bar (the local lemonade is a must try) and a small pool with a sitting area at the terrace. The personnel of the hotel is very friendly, nothing to complain about. The breakfast was nice, lots of different choices. I would only recommend the hotel to change some of the food options every day or 2 days, because it can be boring for someone staying for longer. The location is nice, very close to Agia Pelagia village center, where there are restaurants and a small supermarket, but also close to Agia Pelagia beach. Agia Pelagia is not the most popular village to stay at Kithira (especially if you want to explore the whole island), but I personally found it very convenient, because I was just planning to stay put.

In my view the hotel facilities are more family friendly but not ideal for only “adults’ vacation”. The hotel has a small but deep pool at the terrace of the new building, which is also in front of some of the rooms’ balconies. Little children are allowed to this pool, although there is an alternative, more suitable pool for younger ages in the hotel (less deep). When the little children jump in and out of the water and have fun, it can be tricky to use this pool or sit in your balcony to read or work.

Very clean comfortable studio flats with great breakfast

We had a wonderful newer apartment with a great view. Everything was taken care of really well.

Room was clean and hotel had two nice swimming pool areas. 2 minute walk to the main street.

Air-conditioning was a bit average. Kept stopping and starting on it's own.

The staff was very friendly and kind! the new building looks tremendous (especially the terrace with the swimming pool).

The Internet connection from our room was extremely poor (unfortunately there is no mobile connection wither which makes the situation even worse). other than that everything was great.

All the staff was very helpfull and friendly. Breakfast was good. We had a funny incident with the bathroom lock that blocked but the problem was solved as soon as possible with a smile on the face.

We wished to have a late check out but it was not possible . Maybe if we had asked it more in advance they could help us with that.
