We loved the pool, the breakfasts and restaurant were amazing, and the location was so peaceful but close to amenities.

It was beautiful situation and very comfortable and spacious . The swimming pool area was beautiful and well set up with lots of space. Dining under the vines was great . Francesco and staff very helpful and kind.

the rooms were lovely, clean and very comfortable. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment . Parking was easy and free !
the pool area was well kept and the pool very nice indeed. Francesco was very helpful arranging taxis for us to the station so we could go to Florence and Luca.
It was quite a long walk into the centre of town but it’s flat and easy to follow

The location of the accomodation was marvelous, the surrounding garden was very peaceful. The breakfast was made with fresh ingredients and was very delicious! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall the stay exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning!

the property is beautiful and well taken care off. the owner and personnel is very helpful. Pool area is very nice. As we traveled with 4 months old it was very useful to have a restaurant on property grounds.

Beautiful pool and a clean, spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine - no oven but we didn’t need this anyway). The owner also kindly ordered a taxi for us when we were stuck in a thunderstorm at the station in Pistoia…

would highly recommend staying here. Francesco is a wonderful host proving helpful recommendations and going out of his way with other very useful assistance. the pool is fantastic as are the grounds, view and accommodation.

Everything was perfecto.
Calm - near the biggest cities - near the mountains -...
The Owner, Fransecsco, is really attentive to your desires and is always reachable.
The appartement is really confortable and spacious.
The garden and the pool offers you the opportunity to relax with a mountains vieuw.

The location is excellent, being located among olive trees and adjacent to the old church of San Rocco. If you look a nice place to relax you have found it! The pool is spacious leaving room for all people and having individual alcove providing shadow.
The key of the safe box was lost unfortunately and it could thuis not be used.

Warm welcome by the hostess, received a complimentary bottle of local wine. Very relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of room for privacy at pool area. Sufficient seats and beds at the pool with natural made shading.
