The staff were amazing. Breakfasts looked fine although we don't eat breakfast but what we saw looked great. Pool was lovely. Bed was huge and comfy. Rooms were large. Fridge worked well. Location was top notch, our favourite part of Lembongan. The view was just stunning with easy access to the beach, restaurants and local boats. Ketut booked us the ferry to Sanur and the best snorkeling trip at a really good rate. Liked how staff dealt with our dissatisfaction with Room 10, there was no argument and it was managed well. I was all ready to check out after one night in R10, but we moved to Room 1 and the place grew on us. Staff collected our luggage from the ferry terminal. Booked at the very last minute and this was one of the very few places with vacancies.

Room 10! The staff deserve better from the owner, this place needs some refurbishment, new towels, bathrooms, decoration and bedding. It's not cheap for what it is but it's not expensive. Wouldn't stay again but would stay in the very near vicinity.

Location is perfect with easy access to beaches and a nice coastal boardwalk that you can take all the way to Tamarind Bay. Heaps of restaurants and tour bookings available next door. Great views and amazing service from Ketut who helped us with booking tours and organising lifts around the island (we did not hire a scooter as roads are not well maintained on the island). Perfect for a 3-4 day stay. Air conditioning was excellent (and necessary) and room was very comfortable.

Live music and restaurant scene dried up by 10pm, but was loud at times. Breakfast was good and only simple, but there are plenty more extravagant options along the Jungutbatu beach strip. Wifi was patchy but that is to be expected.
