This is a nicely located hotel a short walk from most tourist things in Palma apart from a beach (the Pere Antoni beach is about 20-30 mins walk). Top feature of the hotel is the staff who are helpful and attentive at all times, speak a range of languages, and are always there! Next up is the roof terrace where you can take a drink bought in reception, or even your breakfast. We were in room 301 which is in an annex of the hotel next door - it was fine but perhaps more sparse than one would expect from the description (but maybe standard for Palma - I don’t know this was our first time in Palma). From the hotel you immediately walk out into a nice busy area of Palma (but not the centre-centre). Lots of places to eat and drink right outside. You can also leave luggage if checking in early or have a flight late in the day, and there is even a shower and loos you can use.

Not so much did not like, but more a buyer beware - being in the annex means having no lift. This was a fairly minor inconvenience for us but something we saw other guests surprised to find out. Room 301 was up about 30 steps from an entrance next door. Another thing to note was noise from the flat/room above (the annex is not all hotel rooms), mainly people walking around and dropping large objects (!) and a bit of drilling. Again nothing major or unexpected in a heavily built up area but might be helpful to other bookers- you may need to pay more to achieve complete silence. One of our party stayed in a first floor room that faced the front and reported noise from people leaving early in the morning - the front door to the hotel also needs a proper door-closer.

In primis la posizione praticamente perfetta!!!🤩sulla viuzza dei locali, a pochi minuti da tutto. Bella atmosfera, ambienti molto curati.

Assenza di ascensore, scale molto alte, finestre piccolissime e alte, camere buissime, impossibile capire il tempo che c’è fuori.

Posizione eccezionale, zona storica e centrale ma a pochissima distanza da tre aree di sosta di cui due coperte. Queste ultime due abbastanza care. Personale gentilissimo, riservato e disponibile. Pulizia curata. Caraffa e distributore gratuito dell’acqua sempre a disposizione nella hall. Possibilità, la sera/notte, di uscire a piedi in quanto circondati da negozi di ogni genere, ristoranti, bar e locali di vari.

Finestre su stretto cortile interno. La colazione, pur essendo abbastanza abbondante, risulta poco varia. Inoltre, è stata praticamente assente l’offerta di prodotti senza glutine: per i celiaci non erano disponibili né brioche né biscotti, limitando notevolmente la scelta.

I like the location and the view in the 7th floor place. I like that it was possible to left our suitcase before our flight in the evening

We were in room with something similar to window . And we saw only wall. The fridge didn’t work. It was low quality fridge .
