Location. Helpful host and very good breakfast. It is an old property with a steep staircase to our bedroom and our host took our suitcases up for us and brought them back down again when we were leaving.
Nothing.

The location was ideal, perfect for exploring Sandwich.

Decent room sizes and comfy beds but the definitely not five stars - it used to be an old radisson blue rebranded by the local references
Bfast had surplus charge if you order from menu, there was no one at the door to carry luggage up the steps or the baby stroller and there was no coffee machine in the room. These are basic things you'd expect from a 4* let alone something marked 5*
