Landmark Villa in Rhodes, is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We originally booked a 2-bedroom villa but were fortunate enough to be upgraded to the 4-bedroom villa, which has been absolutely wonderful for our family. The villa is pristine, exceptionally clean, spacious and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The large swimming pool is fantastic and the whole villa has such a peaceful, luxurious feel. The kitchen is lovely and spotlessly clean, with everything you could possibly need, including plenty of cutlery and equipment. There are also complimentary drinks waiting for you in the fridge, along with plenty of mineral and sparkling water, which is such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. Although the hotel is full during our stay, it never feels crowded or busy. There are always ample sunbeds available, and the resort remains wonderfully peaceful. The evenings are particularly quiet, allowing us to enjoy a truly peaceful night’s sleep. We have also ordered both breakfast and dinner to our room, and the quality of the food has been excellent. Everything is fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The combination of wonderful food and such high-quality accommodation has made our stay even more special. A very special thank you to Emmanuel and Nickloete, who have gone above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. Their warmth, kindness and excellent service really make a difference and add such a personal touch to our stay. Another fantastic bonus is the complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, which made arriving and travelling completely stress-free. The owner also recommended a local car rental company, which was considerably cheaper than renting directly from the airport. There is also a convenient shuttle bus to the beach and shops, which is another added bonus.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Always happy, very attentive and it did not feel forced, they were just great at genuine Greek hospitality. The owners are there every morning, enjoying a discrete breakfast and making sure everything runs really smoothly, which it does. Breakfast was amazing - you order whatever you want and it comes to you. And if you want more, nothing is too much. Truly one of the best breakfast experiences. The villa was great. Beautiful, clean, bbq in the yard next to your private pool, fridge freezer, washing machine and dish washer. Maid service came in everyday to clean, make the beds etc. Welcome gifts included drinks and snacks waiting for us. Lunch and dinner were great and also available as room service. And they provide a courtesy car to take you to nearby shops and bring you back, which we used a couple of times. We were standing by the door one day when it happened to be raining so we picked up an umbrella but before we could step outside the owner stopped us and called the driver to take us 5 minutes up the road. It was our son's 21 so we came to celebrate. They put on a delicious complimentary cake and decorated our breakfast table with the bits we had brought from home. This truly felt like 5 star hotel treatment but with the benefit of your own villa 50 metres away. Kostas and Sylvie were great but everyone was amazing, I just wish I paid more attention to their name tags because every single one made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel.

It rained a bit on Wednesday. To be fair, the hotel made the sauna free to use that day...

We loved everything about the property. The villa was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, with a large private pool, two balconies and a lovely terrace. The gardens, flowers and views were amazing. The breakfast was excellent and very convenient to order directly to the villa. Our children, aged 3 and 5, loved the Kids Club, swimming pool and the large outdoor chess. The staff were exceptional — friendly, helpful and always ready to assist. We also really appreciated the airport transfer and the complimentary late check-out until 5:30 PM

Honestly, we didn’t find anything we didn’t like. Everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations.

This hotel is a prime example of a perfect 10 out of 10. Many things made our stay exceptional – we can only mention a few here, as we couldn't possibly experience everything. The villas are brand new and absolutely first-class in terms of cleanliness, luxury (e.g., private pool), and practical amenities (private washing machine and dishwasher). The hotel's restaurant is certainly among the best on the island – at least among those we visited during our stay. Manuel and his team, both at reception/customer service and in the restaurant, were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional, making our stay very pleasant and comfortable. They are also simply very nice people. You definitely get everything you'd expect from a very good 5-star hotel here, but there are some things we've rarely or never experienced before – some highlights: welcome gifts (e.g., balls for our children), a WhatsApp service with almost 24/7 support for booking taxis, restaurants, etc., free airport transfer and shuttle service in the surrounding area (beaches, restaurants, attractions, etc.), served breakfast, and much, much more… Probably the perfect base if you want to explore all of Rhodes and are looking for a place to come home to and feel comfortable in the evening.

We thought hard about it, but cannot think of relevant points here. A missing bottle of water one day and a few too many the next ... probably not even worth mentioning, right?
