Fridge not working, toilet not cleaned

Amazing location next to the nature park, welcoming staff and comfy beds. My wife & I spent a night there following a wedding nearby and really could not have made a better choice! We booked the place the same day, paid at the property,

We needed to wait around 10 mins until someone to do the check-in came in, as the person in charge with that lives a few minutes away. That said, he did apologize thoroughly and it was really no problem for us.

The location was excellent and it's a great looking hotel. The food was wonderfu!! l

Bugs in the room. Not very clean.

Breakfast was great. The room was clean, the bed was huge and confy. The staff was vry kind and helpfull, expecially Lucia.

Because of the hot weather there were a lot of insects. The hotel is located near a huge parc.

Firstly the staff was super nice. The location is awesome. The building has an old theme but is well equipped.

Nothing is too much for the for the staff, who go above and beyond. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and all Covid precautions are visibly adhered to.

I can't think of a single thing.

The hotel is in a remote area, so you expected it to be quiet. However till 03:00 hours in the morning there was a loud disco. When this stopped the hotel dog started to bark till 06:00 hours in the morning. So it is definitely no place to go.
