Coral Strand Smart Choice

Hotel feels welcoming and comfortable . You feel at home the moment you enter till you leave. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help especially Mica , Miss Lindy and Khanny. They made me feel special especially on my birthday. The flexibility of allowing a late checkout is also note worthy. I have been to many places and stayed at many hotels . What impressed me the most about Coral Strand was their swift response to guest requests. You call reception and request something, in less than 3 minutes, someone will be at your room door . In most other hotels I have been it will take 30 minutes the least . Well done Coral Strand. Keep that up. 👏 Hotel is also located in a strategic area as well which gives guests ease of movement whether a strole on the beach or going to center of town. Hotel is quite clean.

The difficulty to communicate with some staff members who do not seem to understand English well especially with the house keeping staff . A case in point : I needed a hot pot and some cutlery in my room. Called reception and a staff member was sent to bring them. He brought some plates . I told him I needed a pot . He had to go twice bringing the wrong thing before he ended up understanding what I needed. Also observed that variety needs to be introduced in the property's breakfast plan. Found breakfast menu to be quite monotonous with less variety to choose. Incorporating a fish menu too will be a good idea . Coral Strand is such a busy hotel and the influx of guests every day demands that the hotel keeps upping its game as well. Buffet meals were limited in variety. Food was good though .

Good location near beach, clean room and very comfortable.

Not much to complain about

La camera era nuova e molto bella. Lo staff gentilissimo. La colazione varia ed abbondante. Posizione dell’hotel ottima per visitare Beau Vallon.

La struttura è un po’ datata a mio parere. Non vale il prezzo che si paga.
