Tive uma ótima estadia neste hotel, café da manhã muito gostoso e ótimo quarto.

Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto aconchegante e cama muito confortável

Limpeza dos copos no café da manhã. Estavam a maioria sujos.

Bonito pero calefacción por aire

Hotel muy renovado con habitaciones bonitas. Personal muy amable Desayuno con muchas opciones

Calefacción por aire y hacia frío. No había ni mantas extras en la habitación El parking para coches grandes puede no valer depende de como estén aparcados

Very nice hotel in the city centre. I would book there again.

Nice room, good size, all the facilities provided like a gym. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

DESCUBRIR OURENSE Y ALREDEDORES.

SÓLO COGIMOS LA OPCIÓN DE ALOJAMIENTO. Y PUDIMOS DEJAR EL COCHE FUERA. LA HABITACIÓN ESTABA MUY LIMPIA, Y ERA MUY ESPACIOSA Y CÓMODA. NOS DIERÓN UNA HABITACIÓN SUPERIOR POR ESTANCIA MÁS LARGA.

Comfortable but the rooms need a revamp

The room was clean and the staff friendly and competent.

For a 4stars I would have expected a room more comfortable and bit a better distribution. Also I was travelling with a friend and the bathroom had only a thing glass window. I would say that compared to other 4stars in Spain this is not really reaching that level.

If you would like to visit Ourense without the bother of the center, this is the place to be.

Nice room in a modern hotel just outside the center of a lovely small town. All was in order. Easy access to the hotel and the parking.

Beautiful room, lovely bathroom, lovely toiletries. Well equipped bedroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet hotel.excellent choice for breakfast. We got an unexpected room upgrade, and a voucher for a free drink! What's not to like.

Nothing, perhaps have a bar with longer hours? Sometimes it's nice to be able to have a quiet drink at the end of a busy day sightseeing.

Great premium stay in lovely Ourense

Great personnel, clean room and very well located

Overall very good but it took 2 days (and had to flag it) to change the shower gel which was empty at our arrival

The hotel is clean, comfortable and everything you'd expect from a 4 star. Only 15 mins walk from the centre of town.

the staff were helpful and especially Noeli up on the outdoor deck upstairs.

Superb

Nice hotel in walking distance to the San Francisco monastery and the historic city centre. The breakfast buffet offered a great choice for all tastes.

Great value for money.

Location is incredible. Staff was very helpful and the roof terrace is a great bonus. Room was generous and comfortable

I liked everything. Didn't give 10 just because my design taste is a little different.

Cleanliness and value for money.

Good sized room and big comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom with powerful shower. Spotlessly clean and in a good location in the centre of Ourense. Great value for money.
