This was our second time staying in La Toubana (bungalow with Sea view) and it was, as always, exceptional.
The hotel photos do not do justice to how amazing this place is.

This place is special. We had an exquisite bungalow with a sea view. Impeccable decor, all of the things you need and lovely terrace to chill in. Outside of the private areas, the pool and beachside are to die for. Service very good. The breakfasts are a force to be reckoned with. We loved eating dinner down at the beach bar. The concierge service was great. And although no late check out, showers are available so that you can still enjoy the hotel until the last moment. We loved all of the little touches, too like the note in our room on arrival or the biscuits at reception. We cannot wait to come back.

Beautiful hotel, on the hill with spectacular views. Our bungalow had its own little private pool and a very private huge garden on the hill. Waking up, we had the view of the sunrise and the ocean from above. The private beach below is small but really beautiful, with comfy beds all over and great food/snacks/drinks.
Our room had a weird smell, which seems to have been a known issue specifically to our bungalow. But they were really nice about it. They gave us some perfume and a free late checkout which we needed.

The location is amazing, and room very good.
We had a little plunge pool in our villa. One afternoon i entered it 10 minutes, and when i exited the pool my swimming suit was decoloured, with white stains, from chlorine. When i reported it to the reception, they simply didnt care. They sent an email 2 days later, after testing the pool for chlorine levels at my insistences, that they remember: they dont really use chlorine :)) Bad staff and attitude for such a beautiful high end hotel. Left with a very bad taste.

I liked the landscape, such a beautiful view on the Ocean. Some of the staff were helpful and kind.
It's unfortunate that we don't get more precise informations about the place and conditions before the arrival.

First and foremost the beach!! but also the pool, the 2 restaurant, the bar, the views and the comfort of the bed. Awesome experience, with friendly and helpful staff. Loved it! A very special place for a romantic getaway.
We were there for New Year's Eve and it was a magical evening. You can tell they put a lot of effort into it.

Beautiful location, my suite was very spacious and very clean.
However, service is amateurish albeit friendly. Food for breakfast was served cold day after day. Lounge chairs below the pool were dirty and run down. No individual toiletries in the bathroom. Pool bat is not open during the day. When opened we waited 15 mn to get out order in, it never happened. This is not a 5*. I wonder how they got such a ranking. For the price I paid, I would expect much more. Will not recommend.
