This is a beautiful resort. The accommodation is clean, very comfortable, and nicely furnished. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and planted with lovely trees and shrubs. It is situated on a spectacular beachfront location where we could swim or enjoy a range of watersports. The food is excellent, the staff are really friendly and provided us with great service.
It is hard to find anything negative to say. Our only poor experience was eating in one of the specialist restaurants where we found service to be slow as it seemed there were not enough staff on serving duty. But this aside we had a wonderful 5 day stay.

The staff were helpful from the moment we stepped onto the property, the check in process very fast and explanations were clear. they sprayed for mosquitoes everyday which was good. The food was exceptionally great. Access to the beach was at our fingertips. Keep up the great work.
There were no designated smoking areas people smoked everywhere giving non Smokers forced secondary smoking. We asked for extra blankets for two nights in a row and they never brought them to the room even though we walked to reception to physically ask again after the failed delivery the previous day. That was the dissapointment but overall it was an awesome stay

Lo staff era super cordiale e tutti salutavano sorridenti con un “Jambo!”
Si tratta di un “hotel diffuso” e non dei classici palazzoni con tante camere e tanto chiasso
Al buffet la scelta è veramente vasta e internazionale
Ogni sera c’è uno spettacolo diverso, idea molto apprezzata!
Siamo stati nel ristorante di cucina greca e ci siamo trovati molto bene!
Al mattino bisogna “correre” per prenotare i lettini con il proprio telo, prima di fare colazione, altrimenti non si trova posto
Mancava un corner dedicato al senza glutine per la colazione (cosa che invece avevo trovato in altri Riu) e dovevo sempre cercare uno chef che parlasse inglese e che andasse in cucina a prepararmi qualcosa (cercandomi poi ai tavoli), e finivo sempre per fare colazione da sola, quando ormai mio marito aveva finito

the array of food was good. staff was very friendly. the room was very comfortable
room could have been cleaner. food quality could have been better. there was no offer of spa although when booking it mentioned all day spa. but they mentioned just access to the spa, the services were still payable, although anyone staying in the facility anyway has access to the spa.
