Location was great and the room, clean and tidy if a bit small. We were overlooked by neighbours.

The location was perfect as it was close to the city centre but not in a busy area so quite quiet. Close to a big, free parking area and right by the river. The room was modern and clean, very comfortable.
The walls are a little thin so not very soundproof, but thankfully all guests were respectful.

Location, opposite river and 3mins walk to centre
Locked up from evening. Room stifling with window in a inner small area, no air, no view and if opening window cpuld look into other room 3m away. I cut my foot on bedside table as its top was a square of glass sharp edges.
