Club Punta Fuego

Beautiful view from the room with big glass sliding doors that can be opened. Rooms are pretty and clean with lights that you can dim and adjust. Very friendly and helpful staff. The elevator was broken so I couldn’t use it with my wheelchair but they had the staff drive me wherever I wanted with a golf cart. They would arrive within 2 to 3 minutes of calling. The shower was big and water didn’t get all over the bathroom floor during your shower as is the case in many places. The jacuzzi was nice to relax in while overlooking the ocean.

The beach is hard to access if you are a PWD. There were a lot of mosquitoes on the balcony. You couldn’t keep the sliding glass doors open or else they would get into your room. Also, they would fly around your head and bite you while in the jacuzzi. Luckily, my daughter brought some mosquito spray that put on my face and head. I wouldn’t have been able to use the jacuzzi without it.

Fantastic views, large rooms, balconies and bathrooms. Close to the pools and regular shuttles to the beach and back. Good restaurant and bar. Wonderfully kind and helpful staff. The gym and spa were great .

The only cash machine was broken so I couldn’t get any cash and couldn’t tip the staff. WiFi was unstable at times.

Spacious rooms, beautiful location, calm, the food was in great variety 👌 we had a great stay!

There's a double door going to the other room which is locked but when there's other guests in the room next to yours it can get quit noisy.

The view was great, clean locker and shower facilities by the beach and very peaceful and clean outside. The staff are lovely. We like their pizza!! Nice clean beach too.

They told us the room isn't ready yet. We were expecting it to be spotless when we got into our room but it was dusty, with cobwebs, spiders and mosquitoes. The dust triggered my asthma. The waiter missed 2 of our orders.
