Cabot Cala Ferrera

The location and views were fabulous and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bar and dining areas are lovely and the overall look of the hotel is modern which was great including the rooms which were comfortable.

The pool area was not cleaned during my stay so there was bits of rubbish on the floor and a lot of needles from the trees everywhere and the pool area was quite overcrowded with sun loungers. The rooms had no real storage unfortunately just an open wardrobe and no drawers at all. The food at breakfast and lunch had plenty of choices and quite a lot of of options though the pasta was often cold. The evening meals I was disappointed in, it was often some sort of white fish and nearly every night pork. I felt the evening choices could have been better.

Rooms and hotel were clean. Breakfast had good options and staff were lovely. Good access to beach and rocks.

The pool area was a little bleak, my husband referred to it on our trip as the 'sad' pool as it had minimal atmosphere and we avoided it once we realised this. Also sun disappears early behind the hotel around 3pm.

Amazing location and views! The breakfast was delicious every morning and service was unmatched! Highly recommend staying and booking an ocean view if you can! Very clean apartments too, the facility felt fresh and well maintained.

Not a major and didn’t outshine the great experience Only suggestion is that the beds were not very comfortable. Fitted with only a single sheet on top and a long hard pillow. On our final night we found thicker blankets which made it far more comfortable. Still had a great time!

The staff was great!

Hotel is outdated and worn. Definitely in need of upgrades and new carpets, fixtures, etc. parking is a nightmare. It advertises as having parking, but they only have less than 20 dedicated spots for a hotel that accommodates way more guests than that.
