Moonlight Hotel Hue

We had a fantastic stay at Moonlight Hotel Hue and were genuinely impressed by the quality, comfort, and hospitality throughout our visit. This beautiful luxury hotel is located right in the heart of one of Hue’s most vibrant walking streets, making it an excellent location for exploring the city. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, nightlife, shopping, and entertainment options just a short walk from the hotel. The rooms were outstanding — spacious, beautifully presented, and felt like a true 5-star experience. Everything was comfortable and well maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Hue. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food and plenty of choices to suit different tastes. The staff deserve a special mention as well. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, polite, and very professional. They were always willing to assist and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, Moonlight Hotel Hue provided us with a wonderful and memorable experience. The location, beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, and exceptional staff made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone looking for a quality luxury stay in the heart of Hue! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🇻🇳

Very nice location.

The small, deep, enclosed pool was very basic, and you could not get drinks there. The pool side had spikey floor for non-slip but it was so painful it meant you could not sit or walk poolside. You were in the deep, cold pool or out of it and sitting away from the water. Very strange.

Location is great - close to the action. Mini mart, shops and restaurants close by. The buffet is quite good catering to all variations.

Hotel interior is quite dated and unclean. There are finger marks over all the windows both in the reception, the restaurant and on the vanities in the bedrooms. Shower box in the rooms like something out of Star Wars.
