Villa Gianni - Single house with garden
Villa Gianni è una casa indipendente con giardino recintato in zona tranquillità a pochi passi dal centro e dal Lago. Disposta su tre livelli, al 1° piano dispone di una camera matrimoniale dotata di TV e una camera con letto singolo e letto a castello 3 posti, ripostiglio e nuovissimo bagno con doccia; ogni camera è dotata da ampio terrazzo. Al piano terra soggiorno con TV, cucina attrezzata e bagno di servizio; veranda attrezzata per pranzare e cenare all'aperto. Barbeque in muratura in giardino. Piano interrato con garage e lavatrice. Biancheria da bagno e biancheria da letto è inclusa .La casa dispone di impianto climatizzato, wi-fi . Raggiungibile a piedi il centro di San Felice e le spiagge del Comune.

Gianni's house is a lovely, comfortable and independent villa, surrounded by a great garden, in a calm and relaxing area of S. Felice. The town centre and the lake are just a few minutes away on foot, very comfortable and easy to move around.
the house is so composed: ground floor with a bright and wide living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a little bathroom.
External porch with table and chairs, ideal for eating outside or enjoying easy italian summer nights!!! barbeque in the garden.
At the first floor there is a king bedroom with tv, a second bedroom with single bed and bunk bed and a new brand bathroom with shower. storage room as well.
both bedrooms have a big balcony.
in the basement there is a wide garage and a laundry room.
tv, air conditioning, alarm control, washing all included
bathroom linen on request
bed linens ncluded in the price
arrival day preferable on Saturday but possible any weekly day for longer stay.

You have beautiful views in all directions to the mountains of the Garda lake. The location is great as point of departure for hikes in the near area or drives to more distant locations. We enjoyed Saló and Gargnano in particular and had a spectacular day in Verona, just an hour away. The house is not modern but clean and orderly. The fenced garden is perfect for bringing your dog, as we did, and the balcony adjacent to the master bedroom allowed for our dog sleeping outside at night which she enjoyed very much, breathing the crisp Spring air.We missed Cantina de la Mirleta in nearby Cisano which we regret as it seems to be a great italian restaurant - will do next time. Garda area is perfect this time of year (early April) as tourism season is just getting started, though a bit on the chilly side. As for the house, we need to point out that kitchen cutlery, utensils and equipment are not up to standards and need improvements. Otherwise highly recommended.

Wir haben zwei Wochen Urlaub in der Villa Gianni verbracht. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, gut ausgestattet und es war sehr sauber. Auf der schönenTerrasse im Garten haben wir gegessen und entspannt. Dort ist es immer angenehm schattig. Der schöne kleine Ort mit netten Restaurants, sowie der traumhafte Strand von Porto San Felice waren sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen.
Wir wurden von den beiden Vermieterinnen Sandra und Louisa sehr freundlich empfangen. Check in und check out waren sehr unkompliziert.

Gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Haus. Nette Vermieterin. Check-in und - out unkompliziert. Verständigung in italienisch möglich, spricht nur wenig englisch
Den Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen und haben unsvim Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.
