Hotel Great Polonia Velvet Suwałki

Room was good, facilities offered as well. Parking available. All in place

there is nothing i did not like. I liked everything

It was clean, and spacious room on two floors. Staff was polite and helpful.

You can see the wear of time inside the room.

Very tasty breakfast. Everything was great.

Everything is great

room was very large and nice. unfortunately aircon was making lot of noise and really only cooled half of the room (excluding the part with the bed). We asked for at double bed, and we had two singles adjoined with a top (perfectly normal) - only the top was super soft and suspect even the bed itself was super soft - unfortunately. Pillows were completely useless. Fridge did not work - light did, but it did not cool anything :-( I did not complain to reception, as we only stayed one night. but believe Hotel should review at least top mattress and pillows, while also asking maid to check if fridge is working.
