The location, friendly staff, easy check in, lovely room with all the amenities listed, and the amazing breakfast with a great view.
The room is facing the street light.

Really nice and clean room. Nice pub and restaurant. Terras direct at the lake side. Didn’t expect much looking at the photos but it’s recommendable place to stay.
Not an issue but it’s located on the main road so can be a bit noisy

Great location right on the Loch and near restaurants.
Breakfast staff were friendly.
I got a last minute deal so value was good.
Reception was not very welcoming. I had to wait in the rain for some time before being let into the building. The staff member was not very friendly and did not explain where breakfast would be, for example.
My room was at ground level on the roadside but there were no net curtains.
The floor above was very creaky and noisy when other guests walked around in their room.
This place was very well reviewed so I was surprised and disappointed by how basic it was. I think maybe the lochside rooms are much better?
