Property is in an excellent location and there’s a communal kitchen area for use which is handy as there’s a fridge and space to eat
There’s a bit of parking at the back but this was full - we managed to find street parking quite close. Called on arrival as instructed to check in but the call went to voicemail. I had to call back and then someone answered.
Toilet roll ran out in the bathroom.
Hosts not that responsive - I emailed several days before our stay to enquire about a change to our booking but didn’t received a response

Excellent location and a great guest house. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here, after my 1st visit it was an easy choice to stay here again. Close to the train station, town centre & amenities, and easy to get to by car as well.
I was disappointed that my pillows this time were very strange, they went flat as soon as I put any weight on them which meant they were not supportive overnight. The mattress was a little softer than I am used to, which coupled with the pillows made it less comfortable than my previous stay.

Great central location.
A minor thing, like the decor looked a bit tired.
