The host is always avilable for everything we needed. Gives you advices about the city.
The villa is great for stay with family. It is peacefull and the view is beautiful.
Everything is near, the beaches, the restaurants and every familiar place is 10 minutes ride from it.
Looking forward to get back again here next time we come to Montenegro.

What an amazing experience. Beautiful villa with a stunning view on the Adriatic Sea, beautiful tasteful garden, lovely (heated!) pool, spacious room with all amenities needed, very comfortable bed, and located in the most pristine environment with only the sound of chirping birds. But the very best thing was the hospitality by Vladimir and Kristo. From the start until the very end, they went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible. In the evening, we sat together and some glasses of home-made rakija and local beers. Need I say more? I would love to return here.

Villa is located in the middle of beautiful nature. View is amazing. Waking up with the song of birds and lovely smell of flowers is amazing. It was rainy most of our stay but even rain joins your enjoy and makes even much lovely your stay. Vilademir is welcomed us with his help and kindness. Special Parking spot was priceless. And Kristo’s smiley face is makes everything easier and happier. Hope See you guys again.

I liked everything. Excellent apartment with all equipment needed, a safe place to stay, secure parking, wifi, many TV chanells available, a nice swimming pool, and wonderful hosts, highly recommended.

Vladimir was very helpful and super friendly. He gave us recommendations where to go. The apartment itself was small but absolutely well equipped and clean. It was very quiet. The kids loved the pool with an excellent view over the bay.
The apartment was not quite easy to find but parking was easy.

Absolutely amazing apartment with a private patio, swimming pool and great views. Serene location away from the crowds. Apartment itself has a great size plus and its fully equipped. The host was friendly and just great: discretely offering his help without being intrusive. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
There is only one AC unit. Bedrooms were getting hot in the extreme hot weather we had.

host's father, Kristoff, was very kind and helpful, when the taxi to the airport that we ordered hadn't arrived, he took us to the airport himself (and that's quite a long road)

Everything was great!
The owner met us late at night, and show everything, we are very grateful for that.
The apartment is large and comfortable, 3 rooms, big terraсe with fantastic sea view, nice pool, good wifi.
Everything was very clean.
5 min by car to the beach.
Highly recommended!

THANK YOU XRISTOS & VLAD!! I don't even know where to begin! This was the BEST and most EPIC vacation I have had with my family ever! I mean in the time of Covid, we were made to feel at home, safe and comfortable. The view is mindblowing and a dream, the apartment is massive and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge kitchen so much charm, AC, tons of towels and bedding and comfortable beds.
I was sooooooooooooooooooooooooo sad to leave.
And you know what? They were the KINDEST most SWEETEST hosts ever. They offered us two nights FREE on top of our stay, and it was seriously tough to resist, but we had to get back so kids could start school.
We had the whole place to ourselves! The patio partment with pool was like a private luxury, we chilled, we cooked, we drank and ate poolside, we didn;t go out at all in the city - not even to a cafe or restaurant. WHY when you have everything you need poolside? We had privacy and an epic view of the bay and the mountains and the sea. It was dreamy.
I don't want anyone to know about this place - If I owned it - I would never share. I'm only letting everyone know because they were so kind and the stay so perfect, the deserve the accolades.
We will NEVER stay anywhere else in Montenegro expect there.
Thank you so much guys again. My son loves Crna Gora so much now and my kids can't wait to come back. We will come again next summer, situation willing.
The best beach is Rafailovici, and beach bar is Skorpion - the best on the block.

Owner is on the premises most of the time and also received us helpfully with parking.
The place is beautifully set uphill of Budva and allows excellent views and allows you to rest in a clean, nicely designed hideout from mad town Budva. You should move in Budva with taxi, costs 1€ p. km.
The pool area is so nice, we just didnt't want to leave in the end :-)
It would be nice to have a small breakfast with coffee served on the beautiful terrace, that would be a great start into the day.
