A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The reception staff and all the employees were very friendly and welcoming. The bathroom amenities were complete and well provided.
Coffee is one of the most important things for many guests when they wake up in the morning. Unfortunately, the hotel provides only one option in the room: 3-in-1 Nescafé sachets with sugar and creamer already mixed in. This does not suit many guests. It would be much better to provide regular coffee, sugar, and creamer separately, allowing each guest to prepare it according to their own preference.

I made this reservation for my parents, when they got to the hotel, the hotel staff didn’t find their reservation and didn’t give them the rooms as described in the reservation!
