The location is very good, comfortable, and clean.
The room was super small, especially the bathroom. Staff was not friendly and speaking English was the problem. Breakfast was pleasant but again the language was the problem. It's an okay place for a night, nothing more.

Great Italian style breakfast. Hotel was a few minutes walk from the beach. Room was comfortable and had a balcony so our dog had his "own" place. Parking was free in the market square - less than 2 minutes walk.
The bathroom was cramped.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nicely located, close to the sandy beach and to the cute squares of Varazze. The hotel was family friendly and the room was just great with the high ceiling and balcony. Loved the cuisine from the restaurant La Mia Cucina, in particular the Pasta con sugo di scorfano. The pizza was also very good. Looking forward to repeat...
