The location was great in the centre of old city, beautiful neighbourhood with shops and bars. And despite this busy area, the apartment was extremely quiet. I am very sensitive for noises and there was no noise bothering me. Strongly recommend for people who look for a quiet and nice place.

The apartment was well equipped with quality furniture and equipment. It is in an excellent location in the heart of the old city. Very comfortable bed and effective air conditioning, quiet at nighttime.

We spent more than an hour trying to contact someone to let us in. When he did arrive communication was difficult due to language difficulties. The owner of the property needs to amend the fact that the website describes a reception from 16:00 - 10:00. This does not exist. The owner also needs to leave a few basic instructions for guests, eg. What to do with the trash, the Wi-fi password etc. We would also suggest an electric kettle should be provided in the kitchen, boiling water in a saucepan to make tea was awkward.

The apartment was a good size and comfortable within easy walking distance of sights. Handy since it rained most of the three days we were there.

The parking facilities were not as listed on booking.com as ' onsite' . The location was impossible to access with a vehicle. Please booking com encourage properties to be up front about ' only public parking, availability.' No electric kettle so unable to make a cup of tea.

Very centrally located in the historic old town. Beautiful layout of apartment complex, reminiscent of medieval Toledo houses.

It took a while to figure out how to operate warm water in shower, but then it worked very well. One should call before arrival; I.e., make sure your cell phone works in Spain.
